Return Policy

1. Overview

At Carelysis, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Return Policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt for most items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., certain medications requiring refrigeration).
  • Personal hygiene products (opened).
  • Gift cards.

3. Prescription Returns

Due to legal restrictions, prescription medications generally cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy. However, if there was an error in filling your prescription or if the medication is defective, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at returns@carelysis.example.com or visit the 'Orders' section in your profile to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
